Acceptance of Terms and Membership
By accessing the Ganga Melka Bachata Online Dance Programme and enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our academy offers three tiers of participation: the "Join Free" introductory membership, the "Premium" monthly subscription, and the "VIP" annual membership. All paid subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of their respective billing cycles to ensure uninterrupted access to our training library. Members may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their personal Member Dashboard, provided that cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled renewal date.
Private Coaching and Cancellation Policy
Our 1-on-1 Bachata Mastery sessions are designed to provide elite, personalized instruction. To maintain the highest standard of service and respect for our instructors' schedules, all private sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If a student fails to provide notice of cancellation or a request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the session start time, the session fee will be forfeited in full and will not be eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property and Content Protection
The Ganga Melka Bachata Flow library, consisting of over 250 instructional videos, choreography, and technical guides, represents the proprietary intellectual property of Ganga and Melka. All materials provided within the member area are for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, distributing, or reselling any content from this academy. Any unauthorized use of our instructional materials will result in the immediate termination of the user's account without a refund and may be subject to legal action.

Community Conduct and Physical Safety
We take great pride in maintaining a supportive, growth-focused environment within our "Coffee Time Feedback" and community groups. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, spamming, or the unauthorized promotion of third-party services. Furthermore, as Bachata is a physical activity, members acknowledge that they are in good physical health and voluntarily assume all risks associated with dance training. Ganga Melka Bachata Flow and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the practice of our curriculum. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
